This survey is conducted to reflect students' opinions to improve the quality of lectures and learning effectiveness.

❍ Survey Period

• April 13 (Mon), 2026, 09:00 – April 24 (Fri), 2026, 23:59

❍ Target Courses

• Courses offered for undergraduate and contract department students.

• Excluded: Field training, career lectures, OCU courses, social/educational volunteer activities (courses not directly taught by a professor).

• Excluded: Courses with 5 or fewer students (Note: RISE courses are subject to evaluation).

❍ How to Participate

• Mobile: Access via the Smart Campus App

  • INU Service → "Course Evaluation" icon → Intermediate Course Evaluation

• PC/Laptop: Access via the University Portal System

  • Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → Grade Management → Course Evaluation → Intermediate Course Evaluation (Student)

❍ Survey Questions

• Consists of multiple-choice and descriptive questions according to the course type.

• Undergraduate: 8–11 multiple-choice, 2–3 descriptive questions.

• Contract Departments: 8 multiple-choice, 2 descriptive questions.

• ※ RISE courses: Descriptive questions only.

❍ Important Notes

• This survey is anonymous and does not affect your grades.

• Data is processed in a form that cannot identify individuals. Only the number of respondents and average scores per question will be reported to the professor.

• Please evaluate sincerely and accurately as a diagnostic tool for educational improvement.

• Modifications are not possible after submission.
